Plans guidelines to help Teens develop for effective participation in society; help Teens build a better self-image; a better concept and appreciation of ethnic and cultural groups.

The planning, evaluating, and recommending the annual operating budget to the chapter; and reviewing and recommending budget modifications at specified interim periods.

Receive and evaluate recommended changes in the local Chapter Bylaws to present such revisions to the
Chapter for consideration and vote; and to publish and distribute revised materials.

Develop criteria and guidelines for the annual scholarships awarded to Top Teens and graduating seniors in the community.
