dcpwc literacy

Welcome to the Dale City - Prince William County Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) Literacy Page!

Our commitment is to actively participate in and promote literacy through education, economics, and technology. We support this initiative and fully understand that literacy is a fundamental human right and the basis for any individual’s ability to learn. It is an essential component in empowerment, transformation of lives, coupled with an enhanced standard of health and the ability to earn higher wages to maintain a standard of living.
